de Havilland Dash 8-400 (N446QX)
QXE's N446QX is snapped as it propclaws away from 34R and heads for Seattle (KSEA). Runway 34L-16R, the longer of the parallels, was closed for maintenance.

A few moments after that CRJ in the background took off, a small but extremely blinding snow squall moved over this end of the airport. Because the visibility rapidly dropped below minimums, every aircraft, whether inbound or departing, had to wait. The wait lasted about seven to eight minutes. The snow squall moved on just as quickly as it had moved in, visibility immediately returned to the condition seen in this photo, and all air traffic resumed.
Another high quality shot! Props are "together" or "in phase"! Thank you, Gary! Cheers!!
C.W., >> Howdy and TYVM. This was a brutally cold day but the captures were very much worth the chill. Viewing the FULL size of my posts will always provide best Q. Also, watching for more from you. (Thumbs Up)
Hiya Gary! This time of year is pretty brutal for spotting, so have a lot of respect for good photographers like you! I really need to upgrade to a good DSLR to improve my shots for sure. Until then, I'll have to upload my old "vintage" shots from "the good old days". Thank You Gary, and keep them coming! I really appreciate your work!
