Russia launches probe after Boeing engine fails mid-air
Orenburg Airlines said in a statement that the pilots "managed to land the plane in a difficult situation and saved the lives of nearly four hundred people." It said there was a loud "pop" from the left engine of the Boeing-777, followed by smoke in the cabin, after which the captain turned the engine off. The pilot then took the plane back to Punta Cana where it made an emergency landing and the passengers and crew exited down escape slides. (www.digitaljournal.com) المزيد...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Boeing has not made engines since the 1920s or 1930s.
Well some are not too much up on what makes them fly, posters on here are not up on AC and how they are made.
Think that Russia is using anything to discredit, 737 problems and now this to help there new AC programs.
Soon there will be more threats of not allowing AC with these engines operate in there country.
