Air Caraibes and Corsair International to merge.

French carrier Corsair International belongs to the TUI Group. TUI agreed to sell the airline to Air Caraibes. Another French carrier Air Caraibes operates flights in the French Carribean as well as long haul flights from its base at Paris Orly using Airbus A350XWB and Airbus A330 aircraft.
