The additional blueish device under the right wing (tank? weapon? apologies for my ignorance) looks like it was edited or added to the original image, this is bizarre.

the blueish device is most likely a travel pod.

The drop tanks look a lot larger on the smaller airframe of the Hornet compared to the Super-Hornet.

Note the fake cockpit painted on the underside to make the enemy think that Canadians always fly inverted.
