I'm guessing this is the celebratory parade send-off of the same plane we saw in the "Thanks Avro" photo?
I just bet this is nice to drive.
I hope Don is jesting. There is a distinct and important difference between airplane drivers and airplane pilots. Also I have heard of a first responder salute to a Captain who is taxing in on his final flight before retiring, by making a water arch over the aircraft.
