Boeing Shuttle Carrier (N911NA)

I took this picture on Sept. 20, 2009, as the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (with the Discovery shuttle on piggyback) was taking off out of Amarillo, TX, enroute to Ft. Worth, and afterwards Kennedy Space Center. I'm immensely grateful that I had the opportunity to see this incredible ship before it figuratively sailed off into the sunset...
