Grumman AO-1 Mohawk (6718926)

Mohawk #926 on display outside the Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility in Salem, Oregon. Restored by volunteers of The Mohawk #926 Project and dedicated for display on November 2, 2019. Mohawk #926 is a piece of Oregon history, as it was based at Salem from 1973 to 1989 and served in a variety of roles while with the 641st Military Intelligence Battalion, including the monitoring of Mount Saint Helens for the USGS before and after the 1980 eruption.
