A unique aeroplane in 2017...with retrofitted composite six bladed props to boot! A very impressive shot all round. JASDF Lockheed P3C in the background too...

I`ve never seen this plane before.So I was glad to see it.US-2 is succession plane of US-1.And these planes went be display together.This was the last time to see the US-1 at the airshow.

Thanks for the great shots, Kota. I never knew about this new US-2. So, not correct of me to say that the props are retrofitted. They may actually be six metal blades, instead of composite. And the engines also look to be very different from the US-1 engines. I like the way the main landing gear retract sideways into the blister fairings on the side of the hull...
