This plane is a Howard 500 and it's based at Anoka County airport in Minnesota, my home field.
It's a high speed executive aircraft from the 60's, it's pressurized and powered by Pratt and Whitney R-2800's at 2500 HP each. Max cruise speed at 21,000' is 350mph.
Here's a video of it's sister ship on it's way home from Europe to Minnesota.
