The headline was "Dramitic audio" of pilot declaring emergency. Having made numerous medical emergency landing FROM over Russia and mid Pacific I can testify that this was as "dramatic" as ordering a pizza over the phone. Not a thing in the audio hints of any "drama". Fake news, nothing more then a pilot doing a routine job.
How do you consider this "fake news". While it is not as dramatic as radio com during a dogfight in SE Asia it does give people an idea of what happens in the cockpit during a medical emergency. Nothing fake about it!
