It looks like it had something to do with those weather cells they were flying in and out of.
Could it be an UFO?
no its a lockheed u-2 spy plane...prob just doing routine maneuvers or something
Its one of two things weather or servalence research.
Looks like he was "mowing the lawn" as far as mapping the ground for whatever reason...
