What's going on with CKS247 (Kalitta air 247)?

I just listened to liveatc.net for this flight and there was a stall/surge problem on the #1 engine leading to a shutdown of the #1 engine, followed by 25 minutes of fuel dumping before an emergency landing at the origin airport.
Which would explain the new raw data coming in indicating a 2nd t/o at 1635 CVG Tracon
Check weather over the entire route
Burning and or dumping for a return to CVG??
