92 Y.O. WWII Bomber pilot still flies, parks his Lear by the front door.
Just something lighter. Some may recognize the name Cal Worthington and his dog spot from used car commercials. I was a bit surprised at some of what he is still up to. (www.sacbee.com) المزيد...

Obviously kept lots of his skills....a twelve year old? At age 82. That will create hero worship.
In 1970 I spent many a night with Cal at his South Gate dealership we called "Worthless Dodge." His dog spot started when Chick Lambert (Ralph Williams Ford) came on for another dealer with his dog storm, a German shepherd. A video of Chick's last day with his dog Storm:

I was low man on the totem pole at a TV station and had to take a remote truck to his dealership to broadcast live his commercials during overnight movies. The reason we did it live was he was too cheap to spend $50 to buy the video tape!
He was a great salesman. He sold refrigerators to Alaskans by telling them it would keep their food from freezing. I am happy to see him still flying. He was actually very competent behind the stick. He still does commercials, but he has slowed a bit, only a bit though.
