SWA Odor in Cockpit at KOMA

SWA4378, DEN-OMA, N7713A, declared an emergency due to an "odor in the cockpit". It was given priority descent into Eppley Field (KOMA). Tracking showed a turn over the field (needed time to descend?) to land. Pilot confirmed that crash/fire was waiting and received permission to park "between the runways".
