A disturbing video shows the moment a father let his 11 year-old son pilot his private plane - while he swigged beer - shortly before the two were killed in a crash. don't believe everything you see. The kid may not have been able to reach the pedals, and the aircraft could have been flying under wing-leveler- safe enough Somebody screwed up the landing, and that had to be the adult, beer augmented. Nice instrument panel though.
He could easily reach them - you can see in the picture that he is quite tall and his seat is far forward.
Hopefully the police are taking a look at the ex wife... for both sabotaging the aircraft and killing the stepmom.
