"It's going to cost tens of billions of dollars to modernize ATC." While that may be true, at a minimum it would only cost a fraction of that to add ADS-B Out to Army Blackhawks in the 12th Aviation Battalion. Perhaps we could start there.
The May 1st helo pilot should be dishonorably discharged. Enough of this BS.
