Flown into and out of COI several times. Winds there are no joke and can easily be more than a C172 (or many GA aircraft) can handle. Caution advised at all times!

Yep been there, too. When I was working on my PPL my instructor took me into COI for that very reason plus approach over water. Good training.
C172 not rated for inverted maneuvers.
It's not good to fly a small plane that has the words "BUZZ" on the doors. Just sayin'
