"Given that it cruises at altitudes below 4,000 feet, the Pal-V utilizes airspace available for uncontrolled Visual Flight Rules and thus avoids interference from commercial air traffic."....technically, not all airspace below 4,000 is uncontrolled, nor is all airspace above 4,000. I can fly VFR as high as my airplane will take me (being realistic, a 4 seat piper isn't going to reach Class A airspace at 18,000 ft.)
