KSDL - Landmark Aviation | October 2013. Not greeted on arrival during normal hours. Next day departure... With 4 girls behind the desk and lots of gossip going on they took my fuel order, but gave my fuel card to someone else. Took a few hours and a lot of coordination with the company to get cleared to launch. Lineman were professional and offered a ride to the jet parked a mile away. Have not been back and don't intend to. This was the worst FBO experience I have had in 20 years! | 2014-Sep-10 22:46 |

KSRQ - DOLPHIN AVIATION | Staff was friendly. Lineman quickly fit my fuel order into the chaos of the Op-tempo. FBO was spacious with plenty of seating. My only complaint was difficulty getting luggage and cargo from the car to the plane. Dragging a luggage cart across the ramp did not seem safe with all the jets around. | 2014-Sep-10 22:54 |

KLLQ - City of Monticello | Diverted here for a child restroom stop. Had to park myself- no line crew. Fueling appeared to be self service only. Only computer was locked with a sign saying to call to the airport manager for the password. Below average amenities, but was attended with clean restroom. | 2014-Sep-10 23:00 |

KSUS - Million Air | Maintained the highest Million Air standards. My only complaint was... asked for a place to eat that was local to only "Saint Louis" and was steered to the Saint Louis Bread Company (it happens to be part of the Panera Bread chain). KIAH - Signature Flight Support | Genuinely hospitable service by CSR and General Manager. Staff was helpful, courteous and on top of things.
