KDVT - Atlantic Aviation |
Good treatment and friendly staff. I was able to, in advance, arrange for a crew car for about 2.5 hours and park my plane overnight. There were no fees other than what I paid for 16 gallons of 100LL. The next day a lineman fetched me a stepstool when I needed one during preflight. |

     |
KFCH - Memley Aviation |
I was here in June. Positive experience. The self-serve fuel system is a little tricky, but a line guy came over and took care of it. He mentioned he keeps trying to cover up the inapplicable parts of the instructions with a marker, but it keeps fading. |

     |
KFSM - TAC Air |
I stopped for fuel. Good service. Wifi available. After I was airborne I noticed that the windshield had been cleaned. Nice touch. |

KTKI - Unknown Object |
I unexpectedly landed here at night after experiencing an inflight electrical failure. I was immediately met by a lineman who moved my airplane to the maintenance shop next door and helped me leave a message and the keys for them. He also called a taxi for me to take me to a motel. The next day I returned and Cutter let me borrow a crew car at lunchtime. Wifi is available. |

     |
KAUS - Atlantic Aviation |
Friendly service. Parked for three nights and there was no charge because I purchased sufficient fuel. They brought my rental car to the plane too. |

KSDL - Signature Flight Support |
Because of my multiple positive experiences with this FBO last year I returned today. I had an appointment two miles away and I was provided with a crew car. A little over two hours later I departed with the tanks topped-off (done prior to my return) and two cold bottles of water that were handed to me as I preflighted (that was a nice touch). |

     |
KCMA - Sun Air Jets |
I was here for the weekend with some other athletes. What made this decision easy was the courtesy shuttle to our hotel and the availability of a shower before we left town. There were no charges other than what I paid for fuel. |

     |
KLAS - Atlantic Aviation |
Top-notch service. FYI, for a light single piston the overnight fee is $40 per night (this was effective Feb. 1, 2011). There's a security fee of $15 if you take fuel (enough fuel waives the ramp fee). Complimentary shuttle service to and from the strip hotels (the shuttle arrived quickly when we called for pick-up). |

KEUG - Atlantic Aviation |
Good experience once again. Good cookies and coffee too. Shower facility was available to me and my passengers. Tie-down fee is $5 per night charged by the city. The FBO didn't charge any fees other than what I paid for fuel. |

     |
KBFI - Modern Aviation |
Good experience. Crew car was available for me for up to two hours to drop off a passenger north of downtown Seattle. No charges other than what I paid for fuel. Note that the courtesy shuttle is available only if a line worker isn't too busy and they have to keep at least two line workers on site at all times. |

     |
CZBB - Boundary Bay Air Services |
Excellent customer service by the counter person. She printed out public transportation schedules for me, let me use an office phone for a local call (so that I wouldn't incur cell phone roaming charges), brought me coffee, and gave me walking directions to the bus stop. Parking fee is $18 waived with purchase of 20 liters of fuel. |
2011-Jun-24 09:49 |

     |
KMKC - Atlantic Aviation |
Although they don't sell 100LL they have sort of adopted the city ramp next to their ramp. Lineman marshaled me into a spot on the city ramp and chocked my plane. They allowed me to use their facilities for no extra charge. The customer service representative had also booked a hotel room for me downtown (they have a special rate with the Aladdin Holiday Inn that includes breakfast) before I arrived. Just a warning that their wifi apparently doesn't allow VPN connections. |
2011-Jul-14 23:59 |
     |
KBMI - Image Air |
Overnighted here last week. Great service as usual. No fees other than what I paid for fuel. They had also arranged a hotel room for me nearby prior to my arrival and shuttled me over. |

     |
KCMH - Lane Aviation |
Crew car was available for me upon arrival and I was quickly on my way as my plane was refueled (crew car free for one hour for those who purchase fuel). After I got back there was a change of plans and Aimee was able to find me a hotel room at a special rate across the street. They shuttled me over. There were no ramp fees, but an overnight parking fee of $15 (plane was securely tied-down at all three points). |
2011-Jul-15 00:07 |
     |
KBKL - Landmark Aviation |
Was in Cleveland for the weekend. They provided shuttle service to and from my downtown hotel. $40 Facility fee was waived with the purchase of at least seven gallons of 100LL. |

1G0 - Wood County Regional Airport |
After parking at the fuel pumps I was immediately met by a lineperson (who is an aviation student at BGSU) who refueled the aircraft as I gathered my things. She provided me with the crew car (Dodge Grand Caravan) for 90 minutes to run into town. No charges other than for fuel. |
2011-Jul-18 11:24 |

KSTP - Signature Flight Support |
Met late at night. Was driven over to the north end of the airport to meet my friend who had gone to the wrong address. Plane was pulled up near the door the next day which was helpful on a very hot and humid day. Because I arrived on a Sunday and ordered fuel immediately I received a discount of 50 cents per gallon on my fuel order. There were no other charges. |
2011-Jul-18 22:01 |
     |
KROW - Unknown Object |
Fuel and lunch stop. Crew car was a nice van. FBO has a soda fountain with ice. Wifi had issues, but they quickly reset the router and it was working again. |
2011-Jul-22 23:53 |
     |
KELP - Cutter Aviation |
They found me a hotel room and shuttled me over. The fuel order was completed before I left so I was able to take care of the bill right away and not have to worry about it in the morning. The next day one of the line persons carted my luggage over to the plane. |
2011-Jul-22 23:57 |
     |
KSVC - High Mountain Aviation |
Diverted here after hours due to weather. Self-serve fuel and a warm pilots lounge with a bedroom which allowed me to get some sleep before departing a few hours later. Sofa in another room and recliner in main room allowed passengers to nap. Two bathrooms and kitchen. Coffeemaker, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and vending machine. No one else around. Suggest a sign be conspicuously posted with a list of after hours services available (or what isn't available such as food delivery from town or car rental). |
2011-Oct-14 01:16 |
     |
KFST - Fort Stockton Aviation |
Self-serve works. Wifi works. I didn't see anyone else around during the afteroon until shortly before departure. They must've been busy elsewhere. |

     |
KEDC - Henriksen Jet Center |
Great service. Was parked by the door on arrival and the rental car brought to the plane. They pulled the plane up to the door prior to departure. It looks like they provide fuel discounts on the weekend. Linemen were very attentive. |

     |
KSJT - Skyline Aviation, Inc. |
I arrived a couple of minutes past the usual closing time, but they waited for me. Very friendly and superb service. I was able to bring the rental car to the plane prior to departure. Cookies were good and they put my water bottles in the fridge while I was flight planning. |
2012-Feb-23 18:57 |
     |
KHND - Henderson Executive Airport |
We were in town for the weekend. The follow-me van was waiting for us as we entered the ramp. The parking spots have steel cables running across the ramp with three-point tie-down chains that the van driver attached to the plane for us.
They had the shuttle to the strip for us (a really nice executive-style sedan). The taxi ride back from the Palazzo was $45 plus tip during a weekday early afternoon.
Overnight tiedown fee for a Cessna 182 is $10 per night with the first night waived with fuel purchase of at least 20 gallons. Overall it's definitely much cheaper than McCarran if your stay is at least two nights and you're not renting a car. |
2012-Mar-30 02:29 |

Excellent service. They arranged a good hotel for me nearby even though most of the hotels in the area are less than stellar. And they provided me a ride there. They were also quick to get me going when I departed a day earlier than planned. No fees for the first night with minimum fuel purchase and only $8 per night thereafter. |
2012-Aug-10 03:19 |
     |
KACV - Arcata Airport |
Good service. You buzz for the lineman after you taxi to the pumps. He showed up within two minutes. A lot of tiedowns were available and there's a gate for pilot access to and from the ramp. |
2012-Aug-10 03:25 |
     |
KWJF - William J Fox |
Rolled-up to the self-serve fuel island and discovered the ground cord was broken so I had to move the plane to the other side of the island to use the other pump. There were no receipts available from the machine so I had to pick it up inside. By the time I finished the cafe had closed a few minutes earlier (3pm on weekdays). And the coffee pot was empty in the pilot's lounge. But, the drink vending machine was working and it was cool inside. And I had a place to flight plan. |
2012-Aug-10 03:34 |
     |
KFFZ - FALCON EXECUTIVE AVIATION |
Overnight tie-down was only $5. And they allowed vehicle access to the airplane to unload luggage. Restrooms are well air-conditioned too. |
2012-Sep-01 21:34 |
     |
KDHT - Bailey Flying Service |

KERI - North Coast Air |
Excellent service once again. Lineman marshaled me into a spot in front of the doors right away and they had my rental car waiting for me. Tie-down was $12 per night for a piston single and other fees were waived with a fuel purchase. And the pre-departure muffin was tasty. |

     |
KHAE - City of Hannibal |
Although I came in after hours the self-serve fuel was available (and cheap!) and the FBO had a door code for after-hours access. There was actually a CAP cadet meeting going on inside. The Keurig in the kitchen was a nice touch. |
2014-May-25 15:21 |
     |
KICT - Yingling Aviation |
Second time here and still great service. They had a hotel room reserved for me and shuttled me over. The next morning they pulled the plane over to the self-serve pumps. No overnight fee since I topped-off even though it was only self-serve. |
2014-May-25 15:35 |
     |
KONM - Socorro Municipal Airport |
I think this airport gets overlooked, but it's a nice place to stop. The self-serve fuel is available 24/7 (the card reader is unusual, but it does work and provides receipts) and the building can be accessed 24/7 (no vending machines or microwave inside). I decided to stay overnight and called the airport manager to see if he knew which hotels offered shuttle service. He came and shuttled me to the hotel and picked me up the next morning. He's a great guy. |
2014-May-25 15:59 |
     |
KFCM - Thunderbird Aviation |

Great place to stop overnight. No parking fees, the plane was refueled immediately, and they found me a hotel with a shuttle that was 50% off the usual rate. |
2014-Jul-17 16:55 |
     |
KABQ - Cutter Aviation |
Made an inflight decision to divert here. Despite my unexpected arrival I received the same great service I've received in the past. The plane was refueled before I even stepped inside the building. They found me a hotel room at a really good rate and shuttled me over. My AOPA membership resulted in a fuel discount and the first night's fees were waived. |
2014-Jul-17 17:03 |
     |
KSDL - Landmark Aviation |
Awesome FBO. I called 20 minutes out and asked for a taxi or crew car. They brought a crew car to the plane after I parked. And parking was easy since the follow-me cart was waiting for me when I exited the taxiway. Plane was refueled when I returned from my appointment and Kimberlee had plenty of lunch suggestions for us. |

     |
KCHD - Chandler Air Service |
I diverted to Chandler for weather and parked on the transient ramp, but two guys from Chandler Air Service came over and checked to see if I needed services. They made sure I knew the appropriate gate codes for the transient ramp building, their hours of operation and phone number, and offered me a golf cart ride to the landside if I wanted to call a taxi. |
2018-Jul-11 14:12 |
     |
KMKC - MKC Self Service Fuel |
Cheap self-serve fuel. If you buy fuel the door lock code for the terminal building appears on the receipt. There's no one inside, but there are restrooms (there appears to be a shower stall too), places to sit, what appears to be kitchen facilities, etc. There are only four tie-down spots, however, so be aware. |

KCRQ - Carlsbad Jet Center |
The atmosphere is that of a small, family-owned, business where the employees take a personal interest in making sure their customers' needs are met. They found me a good rate at a nearby hotel and shuttled me as needed. Handling multiple arrivals and departures was no problem for them. I wasn't charged anything other than for fuel (although I imagine I met the minimum). |

     |

2019-Sep-28 21:49 |
     |
KBUR - Million Air BUR |
Excellent service both last year and last month. During last year's visit they got me parked and I was out the door in under ten minutes. They asked at the front desk if I was an AOPA member for what looked like a ten cents per gallon discount without me having to ask for it. And a lineman guided me out of a tight parking spot when I was ready to depart. I was there for only a few hours so fees were waived since I bought enough fuel. I also lost a running belt which they found and quickly mailed to me after they laundered it! During last month's visit (again only a few hours) they had our rental car ready and at planeside after we parked. After we returned we were able to freshen up and get going in a timely manner once we were ready. |
