KDVT - Atlantic Aviation | Good treatment and friendly staff. I was able to, in advance, arrange for a crew car for about 2.5 hours and park my plane overnight. KFCH - Memley Aviation | I was here in June. Positive experience. The self-serve fuel system is a little tricky, but a line guy came over and took care of it. KTKI - Unknown Object | I unexpectedly landed here at night after experiencing an inflight electrical failure. I was immediately met by a lineman who moved my airplane to the maintenance shop next door and helped me leave a message and the keys for them. He also called a taxi for me to take me to a motel. KSDL - Signature Flight Support | Because of my multiple positive experiences with this FBO last year I returned today. I had an appointment two miles away and I was provided with a crew car. KLAS - Atlantic Aviation | Top-notch service. FYI, for a light single piston the overnight fee is $40 per night (this was effective Feb. 1, 2011). There's a security fee of $15 if you take fuel (enough fuel waives the ramp fee). KBFI - Modern Aviation | Good experience. Crew car was available for me for up to two hours to drop off a passenger north of downtown Seattle. No charges other than what I paid for fuel. CZBB - Boundary Bay Air Services | Excellent customer service by the counter person. She printed out public transportation schedules for me, let me use an office phone for a local call (so that I wouldn't incur cell phone roaming charges), brought me coffee, and gave me walking directions to the bus stop. KMKC - Atlantic Aviation | Although they don't sell 100LL they have sort of adopted the city ramp next to their ramp. Lineman marshaled me into a spot on the city ramp and chocked my plane. They allowed me to use their facilities for no extra charge. The customer service representative had also booked a hotel room for me downtown (they have a special rate with the Aladdin Holiday Inn that includes breakfast) before I arrived. KCMH - Lane Aviation | Crew car was available for me upon arrival and I was quickly on my way as my plane was refueled (crew car free for one hour for those who purchase fuel). After I got back there was a change of plans and Aimee was able to find me a hotel room at a special rate across the street. They shuttled me over. Plane was pulled up near the door the next day which was helpful on a very hot and humid day. KSVC - High Mountain Aviation | Diverted here after hours due to weather. Self-serve fuel and a warm pilots lounge with a bedroom which allowed me to get some sleep before departing a few hours later. Sofa in another room and recliner in main room allowed passengers to nap. Two bathrooms and kitchen. Coffeemaker, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and vending machine. No one else around. KSJT - Skyline Aviation, Inc. | I arrived a couple of minutes past the usual closing time, but they waited for me. Very friendly and superb service. KHND - Henderson Executive Airport | We were in town for the weekend. The follow-me van was waiting for us as we entered the ramp. The parking spots have steel cables running across the ramp with three-point tie-down chains that the van driver attached to the plane for us. They had the shuttle to the strip for us (a really nice executive-style sedan). The taxi ride back from the Palazzo was $45 plus tip during a weekday early afternoon. Overnight tiedown fee for a Cessna 182 is $10 per night with the first night waived with fuel purchase of at least 20 gallons. KWJF - William J Fox | Rolled-up to the self-serve fuel island and discovered the ground cord was broken so I had to move the plane to the other side of the island to use the other pump. There were no receipts available from the machine so I had to pick it up inside. By the time I finished the cafe had closed a few minutes earlier (3pm on weekdays). KONM - Socorro Municipal Airport | I think this airport gets overlooked, but it's a nice place to stop. The self-serve fuel is available 24/7 (the card reader is unusual, but it does work and provides receipts) and the building can be accessed 24/7 (no vending machines or microwave inside). I decided to stay overnight and called the airport manager to see if he knew which hotels offered shuttle service. He came and shuttled me to the hotel and picked me up the next morning. The plane was refueled before I even stepped inside the building. They found me a hotel room at a really good rate and shuttled me over. Plane was refueled quickly, the counter person brought out water and a dog treat, and didn't bat an eye when the dog had an accident (my passenger did mop it up). KMKC - MKC Self Service Fuel | Cheap self-serve fuel. If you buy fuel the door lock code for the terminal building appears on the receipt. KCRQ - Carlsbad Jet Center | The atmosphere is that of a small, family-owned, business where the employees take a personal interest in making sure their customers' needs are met. They found me a good rate at a nearby hotel and shuttled me as needed. Handling multiple arrivals and departures was no problem for them. KBUR - Million Air BUR | Excellent service both last year and last month. During last year's visit they got me parked and I was out the door in under ten minutes. They asked at the front desk if I was an AOPA member for what looked like a ten cents per gallon discount without me having to ask for it. And a lineman guided me out of a tight parking spot when I was ready to depart. I was there for only a few hours so fees were waived since I bought enough fuel. I also lost a running belt which they found and quickly mailed to me after they laundered it! During last month's visit (again only a few hours) they had our rental car ready and at planeside after we parked.
