This a Thrush specially modified aircraft for conducting "Border Security, Counterinsurgency, Counterterrorism, Counterdrug and Counter Piracy operations" (taken from the owners webpage Iomax Corp.). It has a centerline ISR pod and the hard points can hold a variety of ammo. An interesting bird, isn't it.

Yes it is! Occasionally we'll see one of these as an Air Tractor (AT-802) with the Forest Service come in at HKY. Thanks for the info!
