If it was snowing bad enough for them not to have a clear line of sight as to where they were going they should have waited until conditions got better.

Does anyone know what kind of aircraft this was?
The aircraft involved was a Dassault Falcon 50EX, registration F-GLSA according to the Air safety Network website.
