LOL, that's just one of the aircraft from the album Beastie Boy's Licence to Ill. No sleep to Brooklyn, y'all.
I just realized that! that is pretty darn cool.
Sweet. I sat sideways for 3 years on one (oiler). 100 was a rocketship with dash 9 engines.
I don't know what it is about it (maybe the missing wing engines), but the 727 is one of my favorite aircraft and one I flew on many, many times.
Is this actually a Boeing 727-100? It looks a bit shorter than I'm used to 727s looking.
