Not the best of pictures. Was just plane spotting from my back yard when this Equine Airliner came into Louisvile, KY. Coud not get the N number and I don't recognize the airplane.

Nice capture Don. This is B727-224/Adv(F) and I believe the registration is N725CK. After researching it is my understanding the this plane transported Kentucky Derby Horses and thus has been known as Air Horse One.
