Per Cirium: On July 17, 2025 this 2013 Vulcanair P68R suffered a nose undercarriage collapse during landing on Runway 26 at Lancaster Airport, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. ADS-B data shows the aircraft circling over Deck Airport, Myerstown, Pennsylvania, where it had taken off, before proceeding to Lancaster, where it landed safely despite the reported 'malfunction'. The incident happened in daylight (1012L) and in VMC. There were no injuries.
