Horses weren't phased as this Stearman flew past at a small fly-in in Brasstown, NC on May 12, 2012. Flying in the front seat was Roscoe Brinton of Blairsville, GA, a 93-year-old former trainer on these planes. He was honored at the event and thoroughly enjoyed his exciting flight! Mr. Brinton performed his first solo flight at age 11 and went on to fly for Eastern Airlines.
