According to the YouTube channel this aircraft is currently under restoration. According to the registration information it is currently registered and the certificated was issued 05/26/2020. Unless these aren't the same aircraft there is something hokey going on here.

I’m confused. This airplane hasn’t moved in 15-20 years as the YouTube video clearly states. But the ADS-B clearly states that it was flown in 2019… someone’s a bullshitter

The track is bogus. Check the landing speed. That is too slow for this aircraft.
