BOEING 777-300 (A6-EPW)

KSFO - 28L departure into a strong headwind typical at SFO in the later afternoon - It's been many years since I could sit at SFO and film aircraft all day - after having started filming here in the 1970s. This Emirates 777-300ER was gorgeous rotating out and sounded like it was on idle..just a nice deep loud air suck as this Boeing long range 777 climb out over the fog and wind...though so strange to see only 1 747, and that was a 747-8i departing for Frankfurt....the wind was normal and plenty of 737s for United and Alaska, various Airbus models and I was shown a United Airlines 767-300 with winglets. The United 777-300s hog the terminals..I was surprised to see so many for UAL - the ANA 777-300 JA787A was flawless.....just like being back at SFO for me...2/21/2022
