Gorgeous shot ! Thanks for posting it. The entire craft being just above the horizon (including wheels) is a neat touch - whether intentional or not. The subject is framed perfectly by the surroundings. And the line of onlookers on the beach adds some drama and a good scale of relative size. Wish I could have been there.

We were there last year at the same spot.Standing close to the surfboard where all the hours of arrivals and departures are written on.Blasting descend.It is now a Airbus A330 which is taking the place for the Jumbo 747.

This is now history.The last Jumbo 747 landed on the airstrip
wassen the 28th of october 2016.Sad but true.
