Love it when KPDX gets some visitors. The 21st Fighter Squadron launching for a DACT with the local 142nd Fighter Wing.

Very impressive when one of these guys pours on the coals about halfway down the runway and then pulls almost straight up, at which point the first layer of asphalt flies in a thousand directions! I have seen it done at DWH and it was hilarious!
Love the "rings of fire" coming out of the exhaust.
