Super photo.
Given the "Y" as the first letter in the Swiss registration, this is an experimental/amateur build aircraft.

Not a Waco but a highly modified Skybolt called the Culp Special designed by Steve Culp in Shreveport LA KDTN.
Using the basic Skybolt design and extending the gear and lengthening the fuselage, but most of all, mounting a Russian Vedeneyev M14P 9 cylinder 360 HP engine.
I would assume the name on the side is the builders name.
