The FAA lists this one as a Cessna 190 built in 1951. There were only 83 LC-126s built, and 1087 versions of the 190/195. Highly unlikely that this is an LC-126.
You are correct Paul. It's a 190. Could not figure how to change the type after it posted.
Fine
If it's not this one, there's one in nearly identical livery at RQO that flies over most days. Always try to rush outside to hear it's beautiful purr. Story goes that it's a single-handed restoration by the owner.
There's also an almost identical one at LKU - N2168C.
My dad flew one for the ARMY at Ft. Bliss, TX - '50-'51. LC-126C Reg no. 17010
