If he's only got that much altitude crossing the threshold lights, that was probably a very tense takeoff!

Those are white runway edge lights. Runway end lights are red for takeoff and green for landing. Since he is at Frankfort airport he would have plenty of runway left even if going to the US and fully loaded. Just saying.
