I've BTDT, as they say... in the Mississippi Canyon area of the GOM on a semi-submersible "floater"... with a PHi Jet Ranger resting on the heliport. It was delivering a new drill bit to the rig circa very late 1970's for Amoco Oil Company... :-)
Also, I've captured a few a/c photos while spending time at KFLT... :-)
