There are other users as well that upload their photos to other sites too! Just because it is on FA after another site doesn't mean its stolen.

The tail number of the aircraft in the image doesn't match the tail number under which it was uploaded.

Seeing this photo here does not mean it isn't "stolen" either. Worse, there was no attempt at all to provide proper attribution to the photo owner or photographer.
