I flew in to DKB a few weeks back and i must say that the service was second to none. I am not one to comment, but the service was truly outstanding. I called them up two weeks prior to arrival. With no contact between my call and arrival they had the fuel truck waiting and the courtesy car was already getting warm on the ramp as i was getting marshaled in. The line serviceman working that day was a fellow named Jim and he exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future trips to DeKalb. Pilatus PC-12 |
