For the experience I had there several larger FBOs could take some pointers, I am a crewmember on a CL300 however today 18-Jul-18 I was pilot of a CAP C182T. Bud was AWESOME in his service and professionalism. Never drug the fuel hose on the aircraft, accurate with the fuel order, prompt with getting the card back to us so we could get on out way.
