Landing at Paro, Bhutan

I thought landing in Sao Paulo was wild. This article (and associated video) shows landing at Paro, Bhutan on a 6500ft runway flanked 18000ft peaks. While I would like to go to the Himalayas and Bhutan in particular...this looks tough. According to the article, only 8 pilots are qualified for this airport and I can see why.
