Air Canada Adds Boeing 787 Operation on Toronto – Montreal Route from May 2014

Probably not a bad idea. This is a short hop and will allow them to get lots of pilot training done while getting any mechanical bugs out. We certainly wouldn't want another Gimli Glider scenario.
Edit: As of 0200GMT 11FEB14, Air Canada has removed planned Boeing 787 operations on this route.
