Virgin America vote pilots to be unionized

Well it come as no surprise the aviation industry has taken it blows in the past and it has crippled big carriers over strikes and bargaining. Now comes the pilots to voter if they want to become unionized. Is that a good move or not. My opinion no way. A pilot can be sacked on the spot from airlines or use any excuse they can to fire pilots. But this comes at a heavy cost to the carrier.
