Drone operator flew craft within TEN FEET of a packed airliner in pitch darkness

Find them, fine them and jail them.
Matt, the best way is to require all drones have a little short range transponder (like the chip in your dog)to allow the owner to be identified when it is queried. Then like refusing a Breathalyzer, no chip automatically guilty. I guess if we cannot have public floggings, jail will have to do, but I agree with you.
