Toddler Overboard!

The child should have been secured in either a child seat or at the very least secured in a seatbelt and not up running around the cabin. Period. This was an extreme example . . . too many dangers from falls etc. if sudden turbulance etc. for any small child to be unrestrained in flight!!!
