Alaska Airlines Adding Service from Portland and Seattle to Kalispell, New Orleans, Tampa, Detroit
Alaska Airlines announced it will begin new daily seasonal service between Portland, Oregon and Kalispell, Montana on June 9. If they really wanted to grow, they would try a mini hub in the mid west.
They may go that route. According to the Omaha World-Herald, their KOMA-KSEA route is doing fairly well, to the point where they may add nonstop service between KOMA and KPDX.
Kalispell is a nice, clean regional airport. I was there in Sept 2013.
So happy Alaska will have service to NOLA!
