i think the CRJ's need to stay away from the larger aircraft second collision on the ground this is just funny

One woman taken to hospital with neck pain. You know what that means! Yeah, looks like the taxiways are sitting too close to the runways so that these larger aircraft cant get by when another aircraft is at the runway hold line. The 319 wing is too wide when the crj nose it at the hold line.

That's funny. Those same people probably got shook harder by their taxi hitting potholes on the way to the airport - which they probably did not even notice.

Well, the article says it hasn't happened very often but as Sully said on CBS news last night, we will see more of it just due to congestion and bigger aircraft. You can't really blame the pilots as they have to rely on centerline markings, because when you have a 156' wingspan on a 767, that the pilot can't see the tip of because they are so far back, on a 140' foot wide taxiway, it is a recipe for disaster if one piece of the puzzle is out of place. They have wingwalkers on the ramp to help get a plane out of the gate but not after that. The pilot is on his own. Regarding the neck pain and all, there will always be somebody looking to make a quick buck.
