Not yet. The Engenheiro Goulart Station is situated very far from city downtown and requires a train change to get there. Time consuming and annoying.
And the station at Guarulhos is very very far away (more than 3 km, or about 2 miles) from the terminal... One has to take a bus to get there. This train goes from nowhere to nowhere...
