Lion Air crash: Boeing sued by victim's family over aircraft design

This reminds me of all the terrible crashes caused by a "rudder hard over". These accidents were resolved by a 737-200 That came out of it as the pilots valiantly tried to point the nose away from a subdivision if they continued on that trajectory. They came out of a 90 degree dive to resolve the problem. Or did they? Was there human input. SILK AIR pilot suicide. The problem investigating crashes like these politics plays a larger role in the 3rd world.. Remember the mess in Malaysia which MH370 was a pilot suicide. We still have no definitive evidence to make that claim.
