Incident: United B767 near Zurich on Apr 24th 2016, could not retract gear

The aircraft climbed to FL200 maintaining a speed of about 300 knots over ground and was enroute at FL200 over France, about 55nm southeast of Paris Charles de Gaulle, when the crew decided to divert to Frankfurt/Main (Germany) about 230nm to their northeast reporting they were unable to retract the landing gear.
