southwest has had a lot of issues as of late..it happens to all of the carriers at one time or another..southwest has just not had so much bad publicity before...
Geez, new trend, blame others for Management's incompetence . . .
How is that new?
Maybe they'll be forced to give the mechanics a pay raise so they can afford to pay the judgement should SWA prevail.
