A tip strike in an airplane with a 212 ft. wing span in gusty conditions is not out of the realm of imagination from any front seat! Read the article , simpleflying as it is, 2 seperate aircraft flights approached And one landed at a new airport under construction and taxied back and departed. This is prime time ICAO part 121 aviation in third world countries. Somebody needs a new DO and CP.
